Your guide to sanity

Do not melt down, don’t give up. Keep calm and take a break. It’s gonna be alright. Just sit down and think about it. Or them… I bet they are many, your problems. So write them down. What’s bothering you? What do you have to do? Write it all down.

Now you have something to work with. Take 3 hours and think about them. Make a plan: bite-sized tasks to resolve your problems and get you to your goals. Discard some — you only thought they were a problem, but they are merely a distraction, which captivated and confused your thoughts.

Execute your plan. Bit by bit. Don’t procrastinate. You’ll regret it. Nothing contributes to the sense of meaninglessness more than knowing what to do and not doing it.

Good. You tried. You did it. You failed some, you managed others. Treat yourself. What do you like? Coffee? Martini? Gin tonic? Whiskey? Tea? Ramen? Burgers? Go. Be happy.

Work hard and never look back. Do your thing and don’t mind what others say. Get some rest.

Think about your goals. Think about the future. Dream!

Love yourself. Love others. Accept and forgive.

Peace.
